General information

CryptoForiz! (hereinafter “CryptoForiz!”) is a company dedicated to the sale of educational courses and textile products.

As part of its activity, it uses and processes personal data in compliance with the provisions of Law 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS, and the complementary and amending regulations of the previous ones. (all of these hereinafter defined as the “Personal Data Protection Regulations”).

The personal data whose processing is carried out by CryptoForiz! are stored in personal data banks owned by CryptoForiz!.

Aim

This Policy informs the public of the guidelines under which CryptoForiz! carries out the processing of personal data, the purpose for which it does so, as well as the procedures so that the owners thereof can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in the Personal Data Protection Regulations.

Main Rectors

CryptoForiz! undertakes to respect the guiding principles established in the Personal Data Protection Regulations. These are: the principle of legality, the principle of consent, the principle of finality, the principle of proportionality, the principle of quality, the principle of security, the principle of provision of recourse and the principle of adequate level of protection.

Scope

This Policy applies to all storage and processing activities of personal data by CryptoForiz!. It will also apply to those people or companies to whom CryptoForiz! requires the processing of personal data for which it is responsible.

Purpose of processing personal data

CryptoForiz! carries out the processing of personal data, among others, for the following purposes:

  • Prepare and deliver to the owner of the personal data advertising of its products and/or services, massive or personalized offers of products and/or services of CryptoForiz!, individually or jointly with other products or services of companies or brands linked to CryptoForiz!.
  • Evaluate the purchasing capacity, payment and consumption behavior, assets, tastes and consumption preferences of the owner of the personal data. Generate predictive models and feed them with personal data. Use the results and/or transfer them to companies linked to CryptoForiz!.
  • Comply with contractual and/or regulatory obligations acquired towards its clients, workers, suppliers and/or contractors.
  • Transfer personal data to any of the companies linked to CryptoForiz!, so that it can advertise and send the owner of the personal data offers of its products and/or services as well as to process the data received for the purposes set forth herein.   • Prepare statistics and/or studies of behavior, tastes and/or trends.
  • The other purposes that are previously and expressly informed to the holders of personal data prior to their processing.

Transfer of personal data

  • CryptoForiz! may transfer personal data locally and internationally to companies linked to CryptoForiz! for any of the purposes indicated in point V of this Policy.
  • Likewise, CryptoForiz! may transfer personal data to legally empowered public entities within the scope of their powers in compliance with current or future regulations or at their request.
  • Authorization to obtain personal data and consult public and/or authorized sources.
  • The owner of the personal data authorizes CryptoForiz! to process your personal data obtained from public sources, whether free or not, or from non-public sources, provided that these sources have your authorization to process and transfer said personal data. The personal data collected may be processed and transferred in compliance with the purposes listed in this Policy, as well as under the principles of legality, proportionality and purpose included in the personal data protection regulations

Owners' rights

  • In accordance with the Law, holders of personal data have the following rights: right of access and information, right of rectification, updating and inclusion, right of cancellation or deletion and right of opposition.
  • Right of Access and information: The owner of personal data has the right to obtain information about himself that is subject to processing in data banks owned by CryptoForiz!.
  • Right to rectification, update and inclusion: The owner of personal data has the right to update, inclusion and rectification of his or her personal data subject to processing by CryptoForiz! when these are partially or totally inaccurate, incomplete or when an omission, error or falsehood has been noticed.
  • Right of Cancellation or Deletion: The owner of personal data may request the cancellation or deletion of his or her personal data not related to or necessary for the execution of CryptoForiz! provided for in the signed contracts or those provided by current regulations.
  • Right to Oppose: The owner of personal data may object to the processing of his or her personal data at any time. The opposition will proceed to the extent that the treatment has no contractual or legal justification.

Procedures for the exercise of the rights of the owner of personal data

  • If the owner of the personal data requires to exercise his or her rights through a representative, he or she must present a power of attorney legalized by a notary public authorizing him or her as such and his or her identity document.

By accepting this Policy, you express your consent and agreement with all the terms set forth herein and authorize us to process your personal data for the purposes expressed herein.

Validity

The Personal Data that is stored, used or transmitted will remain in the CryptoForiz! Databases! for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes provided for in this Policy. In the case of clients and former clients, workers, contractors and suppliers, their personal data related to the fulfillment or execution of their commercial relationship will be maintained for at least the period established by the applicable regulations.

Modifications

This Policy has been updated and may be modified by CryptoForiz!.
